bluebells
Bluebells is a collection of poetry written by me, Kathleen Harris-Schober, a tattoo artist, artmaker, and storyteller who’s carried more than her fair share of ghosts. This book is a tender exhale after years of holding my breath. Each poem traces a chapter of my life—grief, lost motherhood, trauma, love, identity, memory, the inner child I’m still learning to soothe. Some pieces are soft. Others don’t flinch. All of them are mine.
If you’ve ever felt like you had to swallow your voice to survive, this is for you.
This is me, learning how to speak again.
